Terms of Service

The Service is offered through recurring subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Platinum), billed monthly or annually depending on the option you select.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Access to tier-gated content continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, then reverts to visitor-level access.

Course content, downloadable assets, and community access are licensed to you personally for your own learning and freelance/professional use. Sharing account credentials, redistributing course videos, or reselling downloadable assets is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts found to violate these Terms.

All course videos, written materials, templates, presets, LUTs, and branding remain the intellectual property of Alaa Fadi / Creators Academy. Your subscription grants a license to use them, not ownership.

We may add, remove, or update courses, assets, and features over time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes that affect their tier's content.

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Alaa Fadi / Creators Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
