Refund Policy

We want subscribers to feel confident trying the Academy. This policy explains how refunds work for digital subscription products.

1. Digital Products

Because subscriptions grant immediate access to digital courses, videos, and downloadable assets, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except as described below or as required by applicable consumer protection law.

2. First-Subscription Window

If you're unhappy with your first subscription purchase, contact us within 7 days of your initial payment. If you have not substantially used the tier's content (e.g. downloaded assets or completed multiple lessons), we'll issue a full refund.

3. Renewals

Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable, which is why we recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you don't plan to continue. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the period already billed.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@alaafadi.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Payment Processor

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through our payment processor and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.
